We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Please note, we currently only accept prepaid orders; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we begin processing, and changes may not be possible.

We primarily ship across India. However, if you’re located outside India and wish to place an order, please email us at customjewelsindia@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to arrange international shipping for you wherever possible.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times are as follows:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other areas: 5–8 business days
• Remote locations: Up to 10 days

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.​

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.​
