Shipping & Return
xWe offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customjewelsindia@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Shipping
We offer shipping across India with Free Shipping included on all orders.
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

- 5–8 business days for other areas
- Up to 10 days for remote locations
